Shipping & Handling FAQ

Shipping and handling fees worldwide is: $15USD. For every additional item after the first, we charge just $5.00

All our custom soccer jerseys will be made in 24 hours upon order. We ship 1-2 days after payment is received.

All items will be declared as “gifts” to avoid any issues with your country’s customs.

We currently ship worldwide. As long as you’re on earth, we can deliver your order to you.

Tracking number(s) will be provided for all orders upon request.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping (Thailand Post): 7-14 Business Days
EMS: If you would like us to speed up your order and have it delivered within 7 days, we can ship via EMS. The fee will be $25.00 USD per piece, and $8.00 for every additional item.

Wholesale / Bulk Orders

Please contact us if you are ordering over 10 pieces (Wholesale minimum). We will be able to provide you with a special discount on the shipping and handling.

Return Policy

If you are not absolutely thrilled or happy with your purchase, we provide a 110% money back guarantee. Simply return your order within 30 days. All refunds are granted as long as shirt’s are returned in the same condition as delivered.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

To provide an easy shipping service, we've set all items on a fixed rate fee of $15.00 USD worldwide. It will be $5.00 USD for every item after the first.
